Auction Results Comments

Not Called - By this we mean that the property was originally scheduled for Sale but was not called by the Selling Officer
Canceled/Rescheduled - By this we mean that the result called was "Canceled". In most cases this property shows again for Auction Sale.
Case Dismissed - There was a dismiss order filed in the courthouse for this case number.

Enter any of the above codes in the field "Type Of Default Status/Type Of Entry (in the download)" to generate a specific query. For example enter KAL to get only coming sales for Kallen Financial.
